This is a principle I had to learn the hard way because it seemed so counterintuitive and unnatural. Women need time to wonder about you when you’re dating. It’s part of the dance. What about you guys? Have you practiced this principle in your dating lives??

It has to be legit though! They can sense when you are purposely ignoring them versus when you are in your masculine and about your purpose. Naturally you will be less available.

@Cody Henkel we could do a point system based on completing different challenges. For example. Any workout 30+ min is 10 points Meditation/stretching is 5 etc and then we can throw in a consistency bonus for going a certain amount of days in a row
