Busy Building
Hey all, @Stephen G. Pope asked me to share what I've been building because I haven't been in here consuming the great content he puts out. Here's the latest of all of the things I've built with AI just this year: 1. https://mydeprescriber.com/ - national directory for providers to train them in deprescribing. Recurring revenue model. 2. https://psychnpfellowship.com/ - Building a web and mobile app for educational content for Psych NPs. Community is on Skool now, but what I am building will be more focused on corporate accounts and self-serve customers. 3. https://pmhnpwebsite.com/ - I build websites for private practices with a runbook that I built that takes me about a day to build the site and then I require monthly or annual maintenance for recurring revenue. 4. https://pmhnpreview.org/ - I built a free tool as a lead magnet to bring people into our ecosystem. 5. I've built several recursive learning models to improve my social media posts and AEO + SEO. Automatically creating content & publishing to blog, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X through Publer. 6. https://stan.store/lindsayhill/p/doneforyou-practiceq-setup - an EHR (Electronic Health Record) setup tool where the customer fills out their questionnaire and then the runbook I built automatically sets up their EHR. It takes me about 2 hours of work to earn $1,500. 7. https://responsiblefleet.com/ - my mainstay company - but have not spent much time growing this company because its a highly competitive space and I don't really love it. There's been lots more in between to keep me busy and I continually work to use all of my credits in Claude. I'm on the $200/mo max plan on Claude and $100/mo on ChatGPT because I wanted to see what Astra is like.

A Win I’m Grateful For
Hey everyone, I’m Ved. I joined @Stephen G. Pope community about two years ago because I wanted to learn AI and automation and figure out how I could make a living online. A few months after joining, I started helping people inside the community while continuing to learn. I eventually had a conversation with Stephen, and he gave me an opportunity to work with him and help run the community. That opportunity changed a lot for me. Over the next year and a half, I learned much more than just AI and automation. I learned how online businesses work, how to build things people actually need, and how to work with clients and a team. Along the way, I started getting my own clients and slowly built my own business on the side. One of the biggest things I was able to do with what I earned was start building a home for my family. Three weeks ago, the house was finally completed, and I moved in with my family. So I just wanted to share this as a small win and say thank you to this community, and especially to Stephen, for the opportunity and everything I learned along the way. Really grateful for the journey so far, and excited for what comes next.

Building out of Spite... 🤔
Well... motivation is motivation right? Story time: My wife and I run an educational product for PMHNPs (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners). Its called the Psych NP Bootcamp and we've been running it for almost 3 years now. We've had some competitors pop up recently, which is expected and we continue to iterate and improve our product to remain best in class. However, we have a new competitor who has decided to call it a "Bootcamp" as well. Our product has great name recognition in this small community and it really pissed me off. So, I decided to disrupt her industry. She's had an educational test prep program for years that's her bread & butter and she charges $600 for some coaching and test prep review. She's actually had a lot of students go through it over the years. So, I built a FREE test prep program over the past few days with Claude and it's blown my mind how incredible Claude is. Here's the app and experience if you want to check it out. Claude also built the entire website for me on wordpress. https://pmhnpreview.org/

I just launched the app last weekend, as of today we have had 46 people sign up for it. No registrations for the bootcamp from it yet, but I have not started doing cross-promotion yet. I'm still working on building it out, getting iOS and Android deployed, and building out the full integration / marketing plan. The end game... at this point it is to create a robust lead generation tool and create an ecosystem from student through successful provider/private practice owner.
AI 2.0 is HERE! — Roadmap Updates & Price Increases Coming
You're here at the right time. Big things are happening, and if you're reading this, you're already ahead of the curve. 4 major updates coming to the community: - New AI Product Engineer course - Upcoming in-person event - AI SaaS + Stripe 1-Click install - ThePopeBot major new release BTW — I have something insane to share on Monday. More on that soon. Timeline - 3/17 – New course drops (1 new module a day for 60 days) - 3/23 – New AI Chat SaaS Framework with Stripe (1-click install) - April/May – In-person event in the LA area We've entered AI 2.0 The initial boom is behind us. 24/7 agents are coming alive, vibe coding has gotten easier than building automations, and the surface-level, template-based approach that got a lot of people started? It's hitting its ceiling. Most "AI gurus" out there keep doing the same thing — teaching you the trendy tool, overwhelming you with it, then moving on before you've mastered anything. I've watched every major technological shift since 1985. I've been coding since I was 8 — I'm 47 now. I'm not guessing where this is going. I've lived through enough cycles to know exactly how to help you navigate this one, without the overwhelming feeling like the ground is moving under your feet every single day. You're not here chasing trends. You're here building something real — and that's exactly who this is designed for. New AI Product Engineer Course This course is built for everyone — from people just starting out to advanced developers. It covers fundamentals, AI business development, and advanced AI development techniques. I'm in a unique position to break down what's really happening behind the scenes into small, digestible pieces that give you that "aha" moment — turning ideas into income. The course will roll out over 60 days, one new module each day Monday through Friday over about 3 months. I start dropping content on 3/17. Price Increase Coming If you're reading this, you're locking in before the price reflects what this is actually worth. That's not marketing — that's just math. The price will be going up to reflect the shift in value this community is bringing, so if you've been on the fence, now is the time.

Super excited for this and to learn about the Pope Bot. I got OpenClaw setup on a mac mini last weekend and built out a full content engine in about 3 hours. Same thing that took me about 2.5 weeks to build with Claude Code. Curious, is the PopeBot similar to OpenClaw?
🤖 My NEW AI Agent Builds It's Own AI Content System (and Skills)
Hey Architects! I built an AI agent that replaces n8n, Make, and OpenClaw. You give it a project, it builds the skills it needs, then finishes the job—all on its own. In this video, I walk through the entire process: giving the PopeBot a real project, watching it build an Airtable content system, generate AI images, create Google Docs, and link everything together automatically. You'll see how it creates new skills from scratch, stores credentials securely, and submits changes for your review through GitHub. I also cover the full install process step by step so you can set up your own self-improving AI agent. By the end of this video, you'll have a working system that builds its own tools and runs 24/7.
