Hi, I'm Imercarl from the Philippines. This is my story of how I changed myself from being a weak boy to a Spartan. My whole life I saw myself as weak,Bullied, shy, and alone, until I went to the gym for 3 months. This is me now. I'm an improved man and have a high respect for myself. Just being consistent on your goal can change your life perspective on others.

Yeah fitness is a really good place to start. I always tell people if they don't have a goal just get their health in check, it will help you with whatever you do later.

Do you take a day off if you are sick?
Went to a restaurant and the waiter coughed all over my food. Long story short I got sick. Do you push through your normal workouts or do you just rest?

@Daniel Berger I've been sleeping quite a bit. I pretty much only drink tea already, so got that already. IDk what happened this time but its probably the first time I got sick in at least 7-10 years

I'd say lack of knowledge because I know if there was someone that was already very successful and thrown in my exact situation they would be successful again way quick than me.
