Fixed project fee 2. Day rate 3. Monthly retainer 4. Value-based pricing 5. Hybrid setup fee + ongoing support Also, how do you avoid scope creep when the client says “can it also just do this one extra thing?” Would really appreciate any examples, rough ranges, or lessons learned.
