You don't need AI
Unpopular opinion: Most businesses being sold AI don’t need AI. They need someone to delete half the process first. I’m looking for one business with a workflow everyone hates. If it can be simplified or automated, I’ll show you. If it can’t, I’ll tell you not to buy anything.

Free Client + new Web page
Finally sorted a proper domain. Check it out. Offer still stands as I have free capacity to take on one client for free, just in return for some feedback and testimonials.
Free client space
I’ve got capacity to take on one more free client for FirstLight AI in exchange for honest feedback and, if it helps, a testimonial. Best fit: a small business with messy admin, too many spreadsheets, repeated manual updates, CRM issues, or no single source of truth. I’ll review one workflow, show where time is being wasted, and suggest what to simplify or automate first. Comment FIRSTLIGHT or message me if interested. Ryan

How to cost
Question for people already selling AI builds / automations: How are you pricing your work? I’m starting to put together pricing for and trying to avoid either massively undercharging or overcomplicating it too early. At the moment I’m thinking in terms of packages like: - AI Discovery Sprint - AI MVP Build - Workflow Automation - Custom AI Integration - Monthly Support / Retainer For those of you already doing this, do you usually price based on: 1. Fixed project fee 2. Day rate 3. Monthly retainer 4. Value-based pricing 5. Hybrid setup fee + ongoing support Also, how do you avoid scope creep when the client says “can it also just do this one extra thing?” Would really appreciate any examples, rough ranges, or lessons learned. Thanks again!

Damn, 22 likes and no comments. I suppose my question should have been, how can I drive engagement 😬
Issue with RelevanceAI UI Designer
Hi, as per classroom Lesson. I am trying to use relevanceAI UI designer to come up with a sample UI for a potential app. However, once I type in prompt it does not return anything. Anyone had any similar issues and/or can recommend an alternate tool? Thanks
