To create such videos , do we have to create images first and then videos. How to keep the background exactly constant?

I just signed up to Lustify and upload some of my Ai influencer's images. I'm having a problem trying ot see how to connect clients to the platform. It's not very intuitive to be honest. Does anyone know if there is a video available for the platform that explains how to use it successfully. I have gone through the videos on Lustify but am still lost as what to do. I've seen Herman's videos but still a little in the dark. Appreciate any feedback.
