4 workflows for real ROI in Copilot Cowork
I wanted to share 4 workflows that I have set up in Copilot Cowork that have saved me a ton of time. ⏲️ I've spent time refining these with custom skills, scheduled prompts, and tweaking the prompts overall for consistency. What are some of the ways in which you use cowork daily? i have some of the skill md files i use in the classroom if you wanted to check them out: About - Copilot Cowork Skills · Tminus365
4 workflows for real ROI in Copilot Cowork

Always like seeing other people's suggestions. I haven't actually used Copilot Cowork itself - do all those workflows actually require Cowork? It seems like M365 Copilot's built in tooling should be able to do a lot of it.
Data Protection Framework
I've been working with a lot of companies recently on data protection rollouts leveraging Microsoft Purview. Given the exposure and how much Microsoft has changed things over the last year, I've been building a more wholistic framework that you could leverage as a repeatable process with most businesses. In my opinion, solutions like DLP and sensitivity labels are some of the hardest things to implement AND get adoption. In fact, 61% DLP deployments that are disabled or in monitor-only mode within 12 months of production deployment. As I wrap up a guide, I wanted to see: 1. 1. How many of you are actively doing DLP/data protection rollouts today? 2. 2. What are some of the top things you struggle with?

What's your source for the DLP policy operationalization statistic? It's absolutely plausible in my experience but I'd love to be able to point to something.
Copilot Cowork Generally Available
Cowork in Microsoft Copilot became GA today. I've been using it in early access for months and its pretty amazing BUT Microsoft changed the billing model for usage credits on top of the monthly user subscription. This changed the game to a non-starter for most small businesses in my opinion. Check out the announcement here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2026/06/16/copilot-cowork-is-now-generally-available/ In my screenshot i show a calculator indicating expected cost per user per month as estimates. Have any of you been using cowork?

This is one of those places where some vendors are having to finally pass the actual costs of AI inference along to customers, or are at least unwilling to aggressively subsidize them as much as they have been doing. To ever be profitable, they either need a revolutionary shift in the costs of AI inference (massive efficiency increases without capability hits) or they have to get customers so invested in the platforms that they have little choice but to start paying the real costs. Broadly speaking, I don't think Microsoft has as much of a long-term incentive as Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI to keep playing pretend, and that's why they seem to make some of these product choices that seem at odds with others in the market. Claude Cowork is great, but eventually Anthropic is going to be unwilling or unable to keep providing hundreds per month in inference for $20. (Also - that's consumer pricing. If you are doing Team/Enterprise pricing, you are paying for Claude/Cowork at the API usage rates, just like anyone wanting to use M365 Cowork).
