Start with Tribal Shred 101 - it's the best solution to the problem most guys are solving: how to lose weight AND do big stuff. Grab a plan, run it, and post your numbers when I ask for them. The one locked card is Run It With The Team. That's our quarterly team challenge. Next up: the Tribal 200, July 20, capped at 5 new athletes. Details on the card.
