My new monitor is in and I'm ready to co-write with you. What are you geared up to write about? I could write about how losing my flame (again) is because I've caring for one of my best buddies who landed face first after hitting something in the bike lane, but really it was because I was distracted several times today. My friend's bicycle accident happened just before 10 PM Sunday night. By the time I got there, he was in the ambulance with his head bandaged up. Story to be continued ... will you be joining me?

With each slow, rhythmic inhale and exhale, your nervous system begins to settle, your heart softens, and you reconnect with the quiet place within where creativity naturally emerges.
