Frequency Friday
Ever notice how easily your writing (or opportunities) comes when you are in alignment? People ask, "Well, how do I get into alignment?" I believe it happens in the pause. When the human part of us stops pushing and starts receiving guidance from the heart. Close your eyes and drop into your heart and ask (something like), "What does my higher self desire for me in this moment?" Three weeks ago, my social media mentor, Rachel Pedersen, invited us to write one-page short stories for inclusion in a new ebook. She gave us five categories (Content, Offers, etc) and challenged us to write down one topic for each category. She choose THREE of mine, and I submitted the stories yesterday. Everyone else have two entries. This is a huge win and the stories are all in alignment with my business. I feel like my frequency has shifted just being on Skool with all of you, and hanging out for the past two weeks with @James Bansbach in his Journey into the Heart of Healing series. The writing session on Wednesday was incredible, and I'm so grateful to everyone who showed up. Did you notice a shift in your frequency this week? Where did things start flowing more easily?

I was in denial that it was March. Thursday was when I started looking at my calendar and scheduling everything that was floating in my head down on paper. I know feel like I can face March even if it took me most of the first week of it.

Clarity Begins With a Pause
Clarity in writing often begins with a pause. When we slow down and create space for writing, the words flow with more ease. You’re invited to practice this with me tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25, 2026. 🕘 The Writing Room is open to all members every Wednesday at 9:00 AM PST. This is a free 30-minute session to arrive, pause, and write together. Tomorrow evening, I’ll also be guiding a Sacred Writing into the Heart Session inside @James Bansbach's series, A Journey into the Heart of Healing, at 6:30 PM PST. If you are unable to attend live, replays are available inside James’ LEARN HYPNOSIS Premium Community ($9/month). Come to one or both. Writing shifts when we begin with intention, especially in a community of aligned hearts.

Looking forward to joining you again soon. Been a busy couple of weeks at work, and can’t make today.
Replay: Tap into the field in our co-writing session
I’m pleased to share today’s co-writing session replay, available for you to tap into anytime. During the opening invocation, I open the Language Portal to the Field of Infinite Intelligence. From there, @Ryan Clark and I moved into a focused 30-minute writing session, and we closed by acknowledging and celebrating what came through. To honour the silence of the space, we turn off our audio while writing. When more than one person is present, I also close the writing room so each person’s stream of consciousness can flow without interruption. I've never explained why I say "thank you" three times during the invocation: First is to the Creator. Second to you, the receiver. Third, to my human self, for aligning with my Higher Self. The energetic coding in this session remains intact whether you joined live, are watching the replay, or are simply tapping into the field. Time doesn’t exist in the Quantum Field. Enjoy. And if you feel called to share what came through for you in the comments, we can celebrate together.

@Pamela Lynch that’s probably a good priority as a publisher. I’d love to read your book though … I suspect many of the authors you’ve helped would feel similar when the time is right.

@Pamela Lynch sure thing! Your language portal this morning was a great start to my day and excellent journaling pre-game for the Walk for Peace loving kindness meditation I’m preparing for and following today. I’d love to make a post soon.
Meditation, Your Way
Some people swear by meditating, while others don’t. I’ve found it helpful to look at it more simply, so you can decide what resonates for you. In my experience, getting good at meditation isn’t the goal. The real benefit is getting to know yourself—and being yourself. And that looks different for each of us. Often, we begin meditation by choosing a desired state. Peaceful. Calm. Relaxed. Connected to Source energy, the Creator, the Universe, God—whatever higher realm you resonate with. What we’re really choosing is how we want to feel. Joy. Peace. Love. A sense of ease and presence. For some people, this happens through stillness. Sitting still, eyes closed, focusing on the breath, allowing the mind to quiet. Others access it through imagination, travelling inward or upward, touching something beyond the everyday mind. Years ago, a friend told me she had tried meditating many times and only felt frustrated, as though she was doing it wrong. She described the ritual in detail: lighting a candle, sitting cross-legged on a cozy purple cushion, back straight, hands resting open, index finger and thumb touching, eyes closed, breathing in through her nose and out through her nose. All the things I had once shared with her when we meditated together. And yet, she got nothing. No vision. No message. No sense of relaxation. Instead, she felt like she had failed. She’s an equestrian, so I asked her a different question. “How do you feel when you’re riding your horse?” Immediately, her eyes sparkled, and her whole face lit up with a smile. She laughed and said, “I’m not thinking about anything. I’m just loving every moment.” I told her, “That’s your meditation.” When she’s riding, she’s fully present. In her body. In connection. She doesn’t need to sit still to access that state. She finds it naturally, in motion, in relationship with her horse. Meditation doesn’t have a single form. For many people, sitting quietly with eyes closed works beautifully. For others, it’s playing an instrument, singing, dancing, or creating art. It’s whatever allows the mind to settle and awareness to open.

I’ve noticed after mantra and Yoga Nidra practices I can drop into a brief bliss. I think there’s something about tiring out the ego or monkey mind that focus on a chant or body scan can provide for me. I agree though that meditation is personal and different for everyone and sometimes even for the same person at different times!
