Hey everyone! I'm new here and am excited to be part of a community that's all about helping future first responders succeed. I'm currently in the hiring process with Norfolk Fire-Rescue in VA. I passed the written exam with a 95% and the physical test on my first try (thankfully). Made it through the background investigation and polygraph as well. Next up is my METs test Friday the 7th. I had my wisdom teeth pulled last week but got cleared by my dentist this morning, so I'm ready to start grinding again. I'm considering the premium membership to get physically ready for the potential of being hired and selected for the October academy. What exactly is in the 30- or 60-day prep programs? I'm hoping some of you can point me in the right direction or share what worked for you. Any advice, tips, or tricks are hugely appreciated. And happy to share what I've learned so far and offer encouragement along the way!
