Welcome @Samuel Babino
Awful seller support customer service
Is there a way around the awful seller support who only gives canned responses? I even had an internal escalation ticket opened that also gives canned responses. My listing is getting deleted every day and now permanently deleted.

@Eric Han Hello! Were you able to fix the issue?

@Eric Han I see. I've handled cases before since I am an Amazon VA and I do case management as well. Can I ask what steps have you done prior to contacting support? If it’s being deleted daily, an automated bot is likely finding a 'prohibited' keyword in your backend that is triggering a Hazmat flag, even if you don't actually have a violation. 1. Try a Full Flat File Update: Download a category-specific template, fill in every attribute (especially the Hazmat 'No' declarations), and do a Full Update upload. This is the only way to 'force' the system to overwrite the glitchy data. 2. Check for 'Trigger' Words: Scan your backend search terms for anything like 'oil,' 'battery,' 'cleaner,' or 'chemical.'
Capacity Limit Reached - FBA
Hey Champs, I’m currently in a situation where I have additional inventory sitting at 2 different suppliers for 2 different products in the standard size category and my capacity limit has been reached. I have requested additional storage multiple times with high bids and got denied every time. My suppliers are wanting the inventory removed ASAP and I think my only option really is to have the excess goods stored at a warehouse in China in meantime until space becomes available (hopefully in new year). Has anyone else ran into a similar issue and if so, how did you resolve it? Open to suggestions for how to best move forward. @Trevin Peterson

Hi @Bradley Deyton, I haven't experienced this on my own business, but since I am an Amazon VA, I worked for a seller that encountered this problem. If your suppliers are pushing you, the best move is a US-based 3PL or Amazon AWD rather than a China warehouse. They're actually designed for this exact scenario - it stores your overflow at a low cost and doesn't count against your FBA capacity limit. Plus I think, it auto-replenishes FBA as you sell.
Launching soon!
So, I’m launching on October 27th and I’m shaking in my boots. Fingers crossed but have butterflies. Doing the checklist which by the way is so helpful. Competition is tough but for some reason my competitors didn’t rank for the highest search keywords, but they sell thru rates are good according to Data Dive. I’m pushing to sell 500 units in 3 months. My competitor avg sell is about 300 per month. I’m doing rank a product and hopefully we will hit the first page. Thanks for answering all my concerns and questions.

Hello @Theresa Wimbish How did your launch go?
Minor changes in my product
Hi Trevin, if i make minor changes in my product to improve it based on customer feedback (e.g. better button, or fasteners, etc), do i have to do anything on my listing to reflect the changes?
