My name is Michelle, I'm from Pennsylvania and I'm a self taught baker and maker. 👩‍🌾👩‍🍳 I'm good at making bread and cinnamon rolls for sure but also like to play around with sourdough recipes here and there. 🍞🍞 My favorite pizza topping has to be buffalo chicken pizza or meat lovers pizza.🍕🍕🍕🍕

Hi from North Carolina!
I’m Betsy Moll and I love cooking, baking, and trying new recipes. My food related super power is finding and modifying recipes to fit my food philosophy and dietary needs. I don’t eat processed foods anymore and prefer to make everything from scratch. I recently developed allergies to coconut and corn. I keep finding cornstarch in more and more ingredients and it is driving me nuts! Even the small amount in powdered sugar used to make icing is enough to make my whole body itch for at least a day. I’ve also found that I can’t use flour grown and processed in the states or it messes with my guts and my sleep. I’m good if the flour comes from Italy (no gmo etc), and I’m going to try a quality organic brand next. I’m also considering getting my own grain mill as I’ve heard from others with similar issues that do fine milling their own flour from organic wheat berries. My non food super power is finding more efficient ways to do things. My favorite pizza topping is the cheese. I’m a bit of a cheese fanatic!

✨ New Year, New Mercies — One Gentle Step at a Time ✨
As we step into 2026, I just want to remind you of something simple and steady: You don’t have to overhaul your whole life to move toward health. You don’t have to “get it all right” to be growing. And you don’t have to do it alone. In this community, we’re choosing nourishment over pressure—the kind that strengthens your body, calms your mind, and brings a little peace back into your home. May this year be marked by small faithful steps: 🥕 a few more real foods 💧 a little more water 🧡 a little more grace 🙏 and the quiet confidence that God can meet you right in your everyday kitchen If you want to join me, comment with ONE word you want to carry into this year(peace, consistency, joy, healing, simplicity, courage…). And if you’d like, share one “tiny habit” you’re focusing on in January—something realistic and kind.
