Hello April! 👋🏾🌸
April is all about the art of shedding. The “Art of Shedding” is being intentional about letting go of worries, weight, habits and identities that no longer align with the person you are becoming. Think about how nature releases old leaves to make space for new growth, shedding is a sacred act of clearing room for clarity and transformation. Clarity = when you begin to see what is truly serving you and what is silently holding you back. Let’s work on removing old stories and emotional clutter. Yesterday, I had the honor of attending a beautiful Women’s History Month celebration surrounded by powerful, purpose-driven women, business leaders, city officials and changemakers. ✨ I was grateful for the opportunity to speak on a panel about using AI in business. I shared both the pros and the cons based on my personal experience. I shared that: AI is a powerful resource but you are the author and the source. You are the producer, director and visionary behind it all. 🎬 Use AI as a tool, not a replacement. Stay rooted in your voice, your story and your purpose. Share your thoughts on AI. What are the pros and cons based on your experience? Stay true to your story. Keep flourishing. 🌿

@Tramaine Bailey I agree. AI is a good resource for business owners. It can serve as an assistance to alleviate the workload. A nurse and doctor shared that AI will be used to log information about patients and reduce paperwork for medical staff. An Assemblywoman shared that AI will be used as an assistant but they are working on creating laws to ensure that people do not lose their jobs. As fellow educator was concerned about students abusing the use of AI 🤖. A college professor shared that students may use AI but there are guidelines to ensure that there is integrity and no plagiarism. (Professors have an app/website where they can check) AI is not going anywhere. We have to find ways to adapt to it and manage it in our business or personal life.
