Starting out
Been following this program for a bit one issue I’ve had in the past is I do a lot of planning that kills time, and let’s be honest no matter how much we plan you still don’t know the unexpected this time I’m taking action I started the Facebook page a week ago was making posts paid 10$ a day to run some Facebook ads the ad did okay didn’t get me any calls goal for this week and is to have someone message or call with some interest I have a sales background so I’m confident in being able to close people just need to find the initial customers curious if most people are doing Facebook ads or if there is another angle that I’m missing I may try to offer a free service just so I can get more social media posts

I'm going to be starting soon. My initial plan is to go to some "nicer" neighborhoods in my area and see if I can drum up some business door to door. Do the quote right then and there for people. Word of mouth usually spreads to other neighbors in the area. Could be a gold mine if you find the right neighborhood

I also have an idea for a Facebook reel ad the involves someone I know acting as a customer and doing a time lapse video of cleaning with an overlay of an AI song i created for my "business jingle"
New Course Drop: The Reclaim’d Pricing Playbook
I just published a new course inside Skool that breaks down exactly how we price at Reclaim’d — no theory, no fluff, no “it depends.” This isn’t a junk removal pricing course. It’s how we protect margin, set expectations, and avoid getting wrecked by scope creep and indecision. If you’ve ever: - Underbid a job and felt it halfway through - Included “just one more thing” and regretted it - Had a client hijack the timeline - Felt weird charging what the job actually deserved This course is for you. It covers: - Why we don’t price by volume - What our base price actually includes (and doesn’t) - How add-ons really work - How client behavior affects pricing - The exact numbers we use - Scripts so you don’t sound apologetic This is the pricing system we built by getting burned first — so you don’t have to. Go through it. Apply it. Stop guessing. Clear pricing = better jobs, better crews, and a business that actually scales.

Do you have an SOP on the clean out process? Like where to start, best practices? I realize it's probably catered to each garage but a simple step by step process?
