Hello everyone. My name is Russ. I'm a professional Educator of over 30 years, as well as a lifelong gymrat and martial artist. As a father of two, when we were approaching the birth of my youngest, I got tired of battling weight and began building a better way of eating as I was attempting to fit fitness back into my busy dad life. A I'm close to retirement, I'd like to take my teaching experience and meld it with my fitness and diet experience to share with fellow dad's, older adults, those past their 'prime, ' to help them find a sustainable lifestyle and achieve health and longevity. Ultimately, I'd like to package some of my content to monetize, however I haven't yet created those artifacts. I'm hoping being part of this group will help lead me in the right direction.
