My Consulting Blueprint šŸ¤«
I'm in the process of completing my Consulting Freedom Blueprint PDF. This is 15+ years of real life and in the field experience, ALL in one PDF. I'm holding nothing back, there's everything from: - My experience of consulting for 500+ companies - How to win your first consulting client - Why EVERY industry needs trusted advisors and consultants (yep, beauty therapists, videographers, graphic designers too) - How to unlock your unique methodology - Exact steps to winning premium clients (one to one right up to selling to companies with 100,000+ team members) - The consulting mindset, every step required - My 500K of consulting mistakes (and how you can avoid them) + Far more than I can think of right now. This will be far more than a PDF, it will be the keys to unlocking your own consulting business, no matter your skill or industry. I'm also going to narrate the entire PDF to add a more personal touch, this will be available as an audio for you. I'm still finalising how much I'll charge for this, but I'm thinking the first 50 I'll sell for $12. If you'd like to be one of the 50, let me know below and I'll make sure you're first to know. I'll have the PDF ready this week.

Happy days, Pete! Good news on the Facebook move šŸŽ‰ I spend more time on Facebook these days consuming business and educational content than I do socially and this is totally the right move for you šŸ™ŒšŸ¾āœØ Sorry to have missed Thirsdayā€™s training session. Conference season is full-on right now šŸ˜ Catch up soonā€¦Probably on FB!!
Skool or FB, which is better?
I LOVE Skool. I love how it's the perfect platform to: - Grow an epic community - House all of your courses and training resources - The all in one features (courses, calendar, community) The problem with Skool. I want Skool to be GREAT to build a FREE community, but: - Engagement is beyond terrible when compared to FB - It lacks the ability to directly upload videos (this is huge because so much of what we do here needs to be video for demonstration) - The big one, no LIVE feature which I personally find helps to connect with you guys so much more So, as much as I HATE to go back to FB, I'm feeling like we might need to make the leap. I'm keen to see what you'd prefer and also why, so vote below and drop a quick comment to let me know your thoughts. P.S - If we do move back to FB, I will keep this group open for my paid clients so they can continue to access to 100+ hours of training resources available to them.

@Pete Scott Totally on board with your comments and maybe thatā€™s the strategy - FB for new client generation and visibility, engagement etc. and Skool as the value-add private community for paid clients. That way, as people move through your ā€˜funnelā€™, they get FOMO/see the value you offer to your paid clients on another platform and want to be part of that inner circle.

@Pete Scott which is odd considering Alex Hormozi is an investor in Skool, as many more probably are. Seems as though it hasnā€™t lived up to hype that surrounded the platform at the start šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø
The only sales training you'll ever need (and want)
I'm ending 2024 with the greatest gift yet. A sales training that gives youĀ EVERYTHINGĀ you've ever needed (and wanted) to transform your sales for 2025. This training will give you the: - Entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to selling for thousands (this will be effortless and hugely effective) - Exact daily structure to generate 10K+ per month in less than 2 hours per day (without the BS) - Simple way to sell with ZERO pressure and from a place of being entirely YOU, not some weird mutated version of youĀ  - Deep understanding of buyer behaviour + all of the subtle differences between selling to individuals vs offering your expertise to companies (and everything in-between) - Skillset required to sell, what skills are paramount? What will set you apart vs the rest of your industry in 2025? How to acquire these skills quickly and easily? - Art and science of persuasive communication (from one to one conversations to copywriting), how do you persuade naturally and genuinely?Ā  - Ultimate confidence and energy to sell effortlessly every single day, without overwhelm, worry or fear I've decided to leave NOTHING out from this 2 part training,Ā you will walk away with the total picture of how you sell like crazy in 2025. By the way, I'll also be providing a step by step guide for all those attending live, so they can put to work what they learn. You're already part of the community, so please ensure you comment below to confirm your attendance + double check the calendar for the login code + times. See you there.

Sell solutions not services
People buy solutions, they DONā€™T buy: - Services - Products - Your time - Packages The sooner we realise this, the sooner we unlock THOUSANDS in revenues per client. EXAMPLE: Weā€™ve believe our time is valuable and we should charge for it, but this in itself is a myth. The client doesnā€™t care how many hours you spend with them or days you spent building a product. The client only cares about whatā€™s in it for them. - What transformation will they achieve? - Why will their life be better? - Whatā€™s the outcome of spending time with you? If anything, letting the client know theyā€™ll get 10, 60 minute sessions with you already creates an objection in the mind of the client. - I donā€™t have 10 hours available right now - This sounds like a big commitment - Hmm, 10 hours for Ā£XXXX price is Ā£XXX per hour, this sounds way too expensive Yes, the client might desperately need your help and sure, spending 60 minutes per week with you can change their life. But, you need to frame it differently. STOP selling your time entirely. STOP packaging your services together and believing itā€™s valuable. STOP putting the value into your product when the value isnā€™t there for the client. Instead. Focus entirely on how value is created in the mind of the buyer. - Psychologically, what makes the clients go WOW, I NEED this! - What makes the client feel safe to invest thousands with you - How will the client life be exponentially improved because theyā€™re working with you The fastest way to look at this: A Ā£2 coffee where you canā€™t get a seat in the coffee shop, thereā€™s kids screaming + the coffee taste like toilet is expensive. But, a Ā£5 coffee where thereā€™s comfy seats, fast wifi and the perfect work environment to get shit done is cheap. Relating back to working with experts, Ā£50 with a coach who gives generic life coach advice is way too expensive, while investing thousands with a coach who gives the exact insights for you in the right moment + gives you the confidence to implement is a fantastic decision.

For me, itā€™s the reminder that clients donā€™t need a set amount of time with me and I donā€™t need to shoehorn them into a service. I confidently say to clients and partners that I donā€™t do day rates, like most in my industry do. Instead, Iā€™n keen to know what transformation theyā€™re yearning for that makes the biggest impact on them.
