Growth hormone has an array of benefits for the body including, increase muscle mass, fat loss, bone density, etc.(Similair benefits to testosterone) Does anyone have any tips to boost this hormone? Or lower Somatostatin(the GH inhibitor). Some studies say sugar has a negative impact. Any opinions on this claim?

vegetarians in India and overall have lower sperm amount, id say zinc is what you want to focus on getting here since its low in vegetarian diets and very important for testosterone and sperm and the best way to get that is through oysters but i guess that might be out of the window potential supplementation or just beans/nuts/seeds? but they are high in some bad compounds that even inhibit the absorption of zinc
What are your thoughts on peanut butter as it is high in PUFAs ?

low in nutrition nothing really to see here or talk about its only a big thing since its makes you fat and some gym people want the ability to do that easily
0-500 ng/dL is considered LOW testosterone. This is where you experience all the symptoms of low testosterone. ⠀ - Low Libido⠀ - No morning wood⠀ - Low sex drive⠀ - No drive⠀ - No motivation⠀ - Hard to build muscle⠀ - Hard to drop fat⠀ - Brain fog⠀ - Emotional⠀ - Erectile Dysfunction⠀ - Low metabolism⠀ - Constantly cold⠀ Also “beta male” tendencies and so on… and on… ⠀ 500-700 ng/dL this would be considered NORMAL testosterone levels.⠀ ⠀ You will still experience some of the low testosterone symptoms.⠀ ⠀ 700-1000 ng/dL is HIGH testosterone.⠀ ⠀ Here you experience all the benefits of high testosterone.⠀ - High Libido⠀ - Daily morning wood⠀ - High sex drive⠀ - High drive⠀ - High motivation⠀ - Easy to build muscle⠀ - Easy to drop fat⠀ - Mental Clarity⠀ - Calm and Collective - Optimal blood flow - High metabolism⠀ - Warm all the time - Confident Also “alpha male” tendencies and so on...⠀⠀ ⠀ 1000+ ng/dL this is where everything is OPTIMAL. Most guys will probably not experience this in their lifetime. There is more variables to consider. Like this post I made. And this like free testosterone, SHBG, albumin, cortisol ratio etc.

you wont have those problems of low T at 500, 500 allows for normal but suboptimal function you should probably be 650+ probably
In general our testicles need lower temperature than our general body temperature by few degrees Celsius, increasing testicle temperature is associated with bad function. Can cooling of the balls with something like ice cold water be worth it, its obvious that we should not wear tight polyester underwear since there are multiple downsides to that. I think that cooling of testicles works but it might not be enough to solve underlying problems but i will still do it, as i will tell more about bellow. Some of the big bad things for sperm temprature also are prolonged hot baths and in general anything that will constatnly make your balls warm. If you wash your balls its best to use cold water for sure. Sperm and testicle temperature "Sperm concentration decreased 40% per 1 degrees C increment of median daytime scrotal temperature" https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12128094/ Cooling of balls working for amount of sperm "Nocturnal scrotal cooling by means of an air stream resulted in a decrease in scrotal temperature of approximately 1 degrees C. Furthermore, a highly significant increase in sperm concentration and total sperm output was achieved after nocturnal scrotal cooling for 12 weeks together with a moderate decrease in factors leading to genital heat stress." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11277880/ Avoiding warm water increased amount of sperm with motility by 500% "Five patients (45%) responded favorably to cessation of heat exposure and had a mean increase in total motile sperm counts of 491%." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17335598/ Laptop decrease sperm quality "Donor sperm samples exposed during 4 hours to a wireless internet-connected laptop showed a significant decrease in progressive sperm motility and an increase in sperm DNA fragmentation." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22112647/

@Joseph C interesting, i am semi skeptical of making your entire body cold since it might be stressful but maybe it can have its uses even if not related to testicles
Mushrooms block estrogen production it seems like and reduces it, there is too much to talk about but you can do your own research, i really like butter pan fried mushrooms with some salt to my meals so thats a nice way to get some in it also has some nice amounts of b vitamins potassium etc dont have time to write a lot but its a good food overall to include https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11739882/

It has long been shown in dogs that polyester is unnatural and messes with sperm and hormones like progesterone(in female dogs). Very important for both genders to use 100% cotton and it is a low effort action. A guy called Ahmed Shafik did some experiments on this and showed anti sperm effects in male dogs and anti progesterone effects in female dogs, progesterone is important for everything and for instance low progesterone causes pain in women when they have their period https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8279095/ By the end of the 24 months there was a significant decrease in sperm count and motile sperms, with an increase in abnormal forms (P < 0.001); the testicular biopsy showed degenerative changes. After garment removal the semen character improved gradually to normal in 10 dogs https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18393023/ Eight bitches wearing polyester-containing textile showed diminished serum progesterone in the oestrus of the oestrous cycle, and did not conceive on mating or insemination Imporantly, acording to both studies we can reverse it i might make a tiktok about this but feel free for anyone to spread this as we are all being sterilized by the most mundane things in this anti human environment the problems we modern men suffer today due to low testosterone women also suffer due to low progesterone its just very unknown, pregnancy increases the progesterone to estrogen ratio which helps many women, for instance women with autoimmune diseases have been known to have relief during pregnancy
