@Rob Rolston sales is something you do “for” people not “to” is the reframe you’re eluding to. That’s my mentality to it - which had always served me well.

@Lynne Chesters glad you found it helpful. What was your biggest take away from this Mini series?
Presenting to an Investor
Hi everyone. I’m just wondering if anyone is willing to share how they present deals to investors please? Do you use a PDF, PowerPoint etc? I have experience predominantly in Estate Agency, so happy to share my experience in that field should anyone have any related questions regarding marketing, sticky properties etc. Thank you in advance 🙂

@Rob Rolston @Rebecca Yates I second that, Rob and I touch upon this in the classroom videos we recorded on sales and negotiation. That should help with this!

@Rob Rolston conviction is key when selling yourself or what you offer. One thing to be clear on to help create that conviction is your "value proposition". In simple terms, if you can explain to your gran; who you are, who you help and why you are great at it (without sounding cocky or obnoxious) then this really will help solidify what you're able to deliver. Which then gives you more clarity internally building confidence. You do have to put the reps in too, that's inevitable but this is a good place to start.
