Yesterday it was the Dow for 3R. 📍 How it set up - Inside Day: gold closed in compression - Parabolic channel: it pushed up through Asia and London into the Inside Day high - The Wall Street box: I watched how price behaved from 9:30 to 10:00. It trapped longs, then trapped shorts, then broke out of the range - Multi-timeframe matrix: bullish from the 5-minute up to the 8-hour, enough to back the move Result: +2R ✅ And I’ll be honest, I was late. Getting in properly would have made it closer to 4R. That’s trading, and I’d rather show you the real thing. I also show how I use TPO (time price opportunity) to find the next target, and why I didn’t hold on with the Fed coming up this week. The point of all this: compression → expansion. Yesterday at the start of Asia, I marked out exactly what I expected gold to do. - It was an Inside Day, so there was compression and pressure building. - New York had printed a Zero session, so there was even more pressure. - My target was 100% range expansion of the New York range. Gold ran straight to it over about 14 and a half hours. Our new Pressure Box indicator flagged the same setup, and from its entry to that target the trade offered 15R. I'm not predicting markets. I trade setups I've studied for years, and this one shows up again and again. 👻 ANNOUNCEMENT: Something's coming on Halloween. We’re building a new Trade Algorithm toolkit.
