Probably a silly question, but I recall from way back when I was more active, something about "turnover" or "handover" where someone can go from a chatbot "chat" to a "live person" to take over the chat, if the customer wants to chat with a live person. What is it called and where do we find information about it? Thanks in advance!

hey Gang, long time...my apologies, but life was turned upside down last year when my wife moved to another island for a big promotion. Now it's my turn: a few months back I became the Director of Information Technologies for a holding company of 30 companies! Hey everyone! Sorry it's been awhile since I've been in here (travel, projects, new products, blah, blah...hehe)! Well, if you've ever heard anyone ever say that things go slower in the Caribbean?
