Hello, I am a 29yo martial arts enthusiast with health problems which keep me from training regularly and inside of a gym but I am psyched about drilling techniques on my own when my health allows me to. Before, I trained a little bit of judo, and a lot of karate and capoeira. I even started MMA classes for a few months until my health deteriorated.
