I got some Ahk-cu 50mg and I was wondering what’s the recommended bac water and starting dosage in units? Also what’s the recommended protocol and cycle, also I’ve seen a lot of people saying it’s topical and some say it’s pinned so it’s confusing to know which one is the right method.

I’m going to start pinning this peptide I have a 10 mg (5/5) which I reconstituted with 3 ml bac water. My question is what’s the best starting dose and how do I measure it on a 100ml syringe? Also how often and what’s the run cycle?

So I bought some peppers and I told my coworker who received them for me to put them in my locker at work , now the place where we keep our lockers isn’t always cool and I’ve been on vacations so I wasn’t able to pick it up.. my question is will they still be good to use even tho I’m not sure if it was warm instead of cool place it was for sure dark but I know it’s advised to keep them in a cool place .. they have been there since Monday. Should I use them or just buy more and discard them ?
