Singing the time change blues. You
Most of the US will be changing time this weekend. We get to turn our clocks ahead an hour. Some other places are a week behind so there’s going to be two weeks of utter confusion as far as calls and things like that if you’re dealing with various parts of the world. So, how do you react to time change if you have to deal with it? For me, it takes me a two weeks or so to recalibrate everything and I especially despise the spring time change. Your turn…

We don't change back to 'normal' time until the end of the month, or early April (not sure which). I wish it would just stay at one time or the other. I LOVE daylight savings time. Many years ago, it would take me two weeks to adjust to the new time, resisting, and staying on the previous time zone until I forgot. Now I just jump in. I find it takes less time to adjust when I don't resist it. The worst part of DST is being on the border with Queensland. We have daylight savings in NSW, but they don't in Queensland. My daughter lives in Qld, and I always have to check with her whether we are coordinating in her time, or my time 🤪
Your new flower essence resource guide GPT is here!
Creating GPT has become my new fascination and I’ve discovered I have a knack for it and I enjoy it!! The first thing I actually thought of that I wanted to do turned out to be the third one that I created because I thought I would get a little bit of experience under my belt first So what you now have access to is a guide that will help you explore flower essence remedies. You can say what it is that you’re experiencing or you can ask it about certain flower remedies and it will help you. If you want to order, there’s a small business shop. I love to work with that it will recommend but it will ask so if you’re already working with someone, it won’t bother you with that Like anything I create, the experience is meant to be balanced and supportive, never sales, and always keeping your sovereignty in mind. Now, please go play with the flowers here!

Oooh! This is a bit exciting. I'm going to have a play after I have a sleep. Very late. Very tired. 😴

I don't have a favourite old blanket. But I keep making myself new ones! 💜
Why the way I teach goes WAY beyond "nervous system regulation."
Nervous system regulation is a buzzword. Everybody's talking about it. And don't get me wrong - it's important. It's great. We all need it. But the way most people talk about it, it's like you're spun glass just trying not to break all the time, and you just hav to keep calm. Well, you're NOT fragile. Life isn't calm, and it's not going to be. You're NOT broken. You're the kind of tough that should have broken a thousand times over, but you didn't. Yes, you need to learn nervous system balancing tools, and you're getting them here, whether you realize it or not. And if you've been around here more than a minute, you know that I don't JUST teach you breathing or calming techniques... I don't JUST play ocean drums and sound bowls or sing etheric melodies... I teach you how to recognize the environment - physical and astrological - so you can be less bothered by the ebbs and flows of life so you can focus on what's REALLY important. So, meet Rock Rose. I'm giving you a sneak peek of a project...yes, a new deck coming behind another... Just tap on this image so you can see the whole thing and FEEL into it. Then share you experience in the comments, if you feel so inspired. Not a command, just an invitation. This will be 1 of the Bach Flower Remedy cards. Namaste, love! 💖Ronda

It's a gorgeous image 💛 I love the idea of a Bach flower deck. Rescue Remedy has been my support many times over. And I love your astrological posts. So good to have confirmation for what I am feeling and going through at the time. Precious gift. Thankyou.
