My little mavens - I've spent my entire career helping women get LOUDER, BOLDER and MORE ON PURPOSE. This group is here to do the same thing. In the coming days, you're going to see posts asking you if you want your copy reviewed (web, socials, blogs, whatever). I'll do it live on the feed. I'll also be scheduling calls for group coaching around voice, visibility and being the real you. And don't underestimate how difficult that last one can be. I spend more time during the last 17 years helping women with that than anything else. That said, are there times that work better for you for live calls?

The market keeps looking past you. That's the gap you sell into.
There's a particular sting to building a business at our age and watching the attention flow to people half your experience. The 28-year-old with the ring light gets the clients. You with your 20 years of actually doing the work get scrolled past. It's enraging, but it's also the opening. Every buyer the rest of your industry scrolls past is a buyer nobody's talking to - until you're the one who names her out loud. The market's blind spot isn't your obstacle. It's your entire unclaimed territory. You're not fighting for the crowded attention. You're the only person speaking directly to the customer everyone else forgot existed. Invisible to the masses, dead-on to your people. That's not a consolation prize. That's positioning. šŸ‘‰ Who is the exact buyer the rest of your industry is ignoring - and have you ever said her name out loud in a post?
The market keeps looking past you. That's the gap you sell into.

@Rebecca T Dickson took me a while to get to that level of clarity but I really do get annoyed with how most people handle being highly sensitive. It's not like we are fragile little Hot House Flowers

You're not invisible because you're not good enough...
You're invisible because you're playing by rules built to bury you. You post the thing. Crickets. She posts the same thing six ways worse and 400 people lose their minds. You start doing the math that ends with "maybe I'm just not cut out for this." Stop. šŸ›‘ The reach problem isn't a worth problem. The platforms reward a specific flavor of loud: young and shiny, performing certainty they don't have. You were trained to be measured, palatable, professional. That training is the šŸ‘‰ exact thing šŸ‘ˆ the algorithm punishes now. You're not bad at this. You're being good at the wrong game. The fix isn't more polish. It's the šŸ’„ strong opinion šŸ’„ you keep swallowing because someone might disagree. That swallowed sentence is the post that would've gotten shared. Disagreement is reach. You've been optimizing for nobody-objects when the whole game is somebody-cares-enough-to-argue. Say the thing. Get seen. The money is downstream of the people who can finally find you. What's the strongest opinion you have about your industry that you've never posted because someone might come for you? ā“
