I always have more deals than I can handle. I'm not that smart though. I just test stuff. Like a crazy man. I've gotta deal getter email I use for acquisitions. It's taken me YEARS to get an outreach email that works on STRANGERS... so consistently. (Check out the pic inside.) I don't wanna just "give it away" for free, because then nobody would use it. This email gets more deals than I can shake a stick at. Recently... I gave it to someone. What happened? They acquired a Skool community with 1800 members. They didn't even send much more than 100 emails. Now... Even though I don't want to "give it away"... I don't want it to be crazy expensive. So, I had an idea 💡 in the shower🚿. (Why do I get all my great ideas in the bathroom? 🚽 ) Why don't I have an auction? Bids will start at a penny. AND... Bids can only go UP by a penny. This way... We can ALL have fun... We had over 78 peeps on planet Acquisition Mojo say, "YES!" ...YES, they'd bid at least a penny for the Deal Getter Email I use to get 80% open rate and nearly 20% replying saying they are interested in selling... It's not unusual to send out 100 emails and get 10 to 20 positive responses. Check thissss out... David just acquired a 500-person Skool community.
