Need help with Brush Piles
I have a pricing calculator that works off of acres, terrain, density, slope, things like that, but I keep running into quotes where people have bulldozed their trees. Now I just have these giant, dead, dried-out piles of brush and logs that have root balls, dirt, and rock, and I really don't have a pricing model. How do you guys look at a pile of brush and then know how to price it? I added a picture of two of the seven pals this guy has on his property.

@John Tyznik We get the same issue down here in Florida with dead citrus trees. That stage between live and rotten can be no fun to mulch as they seem to become like concrete. I spent half my time with the last citrus job, clearing out jammed chunks from my mulching head, mostly from around the root area. Let us know how it goes.

@John Tyznik I found that putting the drum down on another tree or something very solid and backing up works about 75% of the time. Rolling it forward works about 20% of the time and the other five involves me digging out the chunk with either a prybar or a chain
Been a rough month but I might actually be profitable this month
Had to get a new track so not likely but we are starting to look up. Picked up another customer Sunday. Almost finished with this job.

Turned out good Joshua.
A little insight!
Good evening everyone. We have setup our Jobber and site. Here is the url: https://alphaforcefreedom.jobbersites.com/ We have been working on an ad but not ready to post it yet. In the meantime time we are running some with before and afters. We have gotten a ton of views and clicks to our site but no requests for quotes yet. If anyone has time to take a look and send some feedback back we would appreciate some insight. Thanks JMA AFF

Hey Mike, I'm just getting started as well but your site looks great to me. Keep us posted on your progress.
Facebook ad call to action.
Is messenger better or lead form? Whats getting better results? We are getting alot of leads but no contact after that form is filled out. Any solutions?

Same problem here. My only guess is that maybe people expect that an instant quote will be spit out and when it isn't, they won't answer the phone or messages. Only thing I can think of because I have called them within 10 seconds of receiving the message only to get crickets. I know that they still have the phone in their hands that quick.
Here we go!!
Started running Facebook ads 3 weeks ago, as of today we have $77k quoted jobs , and $7500 on the books First job starts this Friday. The work is definitely there!
