@Lencsi Angel This is exactly it, 👏 — and notice what you actually did: you ran all three steps, without forcing any of it. • Awareness — you started catching the difference between doom-scrolling and being on screen on purpose. • Friction — you moved your app icons so you have to hunt for them (that pause = a decision point), and you killed your notifications. • Reclamation — 22% of your time and attention, back in your hands. In one week. "Giving me time to think whether I even wanted to go there" — that half-second of friction is the whole game right there. That's where you take back the wheel. Quick question for you (and anyone reading): which friction is carrying more weight — moving the icons, or cutting the notifications? Curious what's pulling the most for people.
