What is the biggest challenge you faced when starting your BUSINESS? 👈🏻

I am finally taking the leap 🚀to hire a Virtual Assistant, however, I could use some solid advice on a few things... 1. I am finding it hard to 'let go' of some tasks...I have challenges in the area of patience and things being done correctly, so my thought is always "I can get it done in less time than it takes me to teach you, review and correct what you do, etc." and 2. How exactly can I truly track the hours the VA is working? I can't see a way to log hours inside of GHL and am not on the big corp level for all the tracking and monitoring software they have access to 🤷‍♀️. Any suggestions or proven methods used are greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi all, I was about to pull the trigger with Kajabi because it does so much in one package. Now I have completely changed my mind.... but I still need a place to host courses etc What do you use/recommend for someone getting started?

In the training, Aaron says to target an Avatar (e.g. Coaches, Consultants, Course Creators). In other parts of the training, he says his method is to be problem-centric (‘solve one specific problem’) for a broad audience. Can anyone help reconcile these two approaches and share experiences?

Hi, I've been spending a lot of time developing my website, and now I'm just about to start posting articles on LinkedIn and Facebook... And now I'm wondering, is a website even necessary? Is it possible to build a complete business using either Facebook or LinkedIn. If so, do you have any examples I could look at?
