I’m right at 173 doors. 200 is my limit. Where are y’all at with doors? Some people here just starting to consider and I know some have more than 200. It’s so cool how different sizes can help with different goals. Excited and blessed that yall are here!

0 doors. 7.5 years into the whole multifamily real estate thing. $0.00 free cash flow. Hundreds of properties underwritten, dozens of tours conducted and countless LOIs submitted. Some resulted in the Best And Final Offer Buyer’s Questionnaire interviews. 0 contracts awarded, though. Tens of thousands spent on courses, travel, real estate summits, clubs and what nots. Yet to see dollar one coming in through the door. I’m tapped out 🤔
