@Clay Hepler yes I have looked into it. I love the concept. I’m just starting out. I’m going to flip a few smaller lots put some cash in the bank and then focus on studying subdivisions and focus on that combined with owner finance Notes to generate cash flow and help reduce taxes Do you train and subdividing?
