Chatgpt as CFO assistant
Hello. My name is Ken and I own an outdoor adventure company. We use ChatGPT heavily in our business and I'm trying to figure out the best way to have ChatGPT help with our numbers analysis. I would like to feed it information and create a custom gpt to allow my general manager and sales manager to ask it questions about where we are with specific aspects of the business. Any advice or direction would be very helpful. Hoping to learn a lot in the next few days. Thanks for the opportunity!

@Monica Higgins Great advice Monica. There's times I'm going along with what I've come up with to ask ChatGPT, and then once in a while I ask it what I should do for it to either improve the results, or how to formulate my list of instructions for it to give me more consistent formatting of the results. Other times I need to tell it to forget the last prompt, and to start new each time. The reason for this is that I'm currently job searching, and so the job description I just fed it isn't related to the last job description I fed it 30 minutes ago.

@Monica Higgins Yes. I have the list of instructions I want it to follow, and I upload a long resume that has more information than will fit on 2 pages, and I paste in the job description and have it generate an optimized ATS friendly resume and cover letter.
