I’m presenting at a virtual conference July 10th and need to select a top. My last conference I presented on footwork because it’s so pivotal to my coaching philosophy. Any ideas on what I should select for July? (I did reach out and see what coaches has asked for but most conferences that I’ve attended don’t ask these questions from their participants…) The conference is for coaches not players but I think most coaches do both.. coach and play :) TIA for your help!

I prefer one off videos. It gives me one thing to work on that day rather than a progression which is harder to sustain. But this is for me, others may disagree or are more organized in their progress.
