One of the chaps I follow is Rob Dial - Mindset, Productivity, Successful Habits. He mentions the 90/90/1 rule. 90 minutes for 90 days to concentrate on 1 Goal. I have booked my calendar for 90 minutes for the next 90 days with the goal to complete my Funnel Junkie tasks.
