Happy Friday - Let's Talk Wins
Most people move through the week focused on what didn’t go right. Or what they didn’t finish, what they didn’t do, and maybe where they fell short. And because of that… they overlook progress. But growth doesn’t come from ONLY analyzing failure. It also comes from recognizing what’s working — and reinforcing it. Because what you acknowledge…you repeat. Simple formula. Maybe your win wasn’t massive. Maybe it was: - Showing up when you didn’t feel like it - Following through on something you normally avoid - Staying consistent, even if it wasn’t perfect - Making one better decision than you would’ve last week That counts. That’s progress, my friend. What were your wins this week? Drop at least ONE win in the comments. Big or small — doesn’t matter. Own it. Then we build from it. ⚡💪

I was back on track and hit my double commission goal
The 1% Rule Starts Today ☝️
You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. That’s where most people get it wrong. They think change has to be drastic…All or nothing…Perfect or not at all. So they wait. Or they burn out trying to do too much at once. Real growth doesn’t work like that. It’s built in small, intentional steps. 1% better today. Then again tomorrow. Then again the next day. Individually, it feels small. But over time, it compounds into something massive. Not because the action was big — But because it was consistent. The difference between where you are and where you want to be isn’t one big move. It’s the accumulation of small ones you actually follow through on. What does 1% better look like for you today? Comment it below. Then come back tonight and reply “Done.” No overthinking. No waiting. Execute, my friend.

The slight edge philosophy. Showing myself a day of self care
Discipline > Motivation (Here’s Why) 🫡
Most people rely on motivation. That’s the problem. Motivation is emotional. It comes and goes. Some days you feel driven…other days you don’t. And when you don’t feel like it — you don’t move. That’s why you stay inconsistent. Discipline is different. Discipline isn’t based on how you feel, it's built on structure. It removes the decision, the debate, and the need to “want to.” You just do it. If you want consistency, stop asking: “Do I feel like it today?” Start operating with structure instead. It's a simple framework: - Same time → eliminate randomness - Same action → eliminate confusion - No negotiation → eliminate excuses You don’t rise to your goals. You fall to your systems. What’s ONE thing you’re committing to doing every day this week? Comment it below. Then follow through. ⚡

Getting back to my daily walks. It’s the things that we do when no one else is watching!
You’re Not Failing — You’re Hesitating 🤚
Let’s get something straight. Most people aren’t failing. They’re hesitating. They call it “bad timing.” They say they’re “not ready yet.” They convince themselves they need more clarity, more confidence, or more certainty. But in reality…they're just delaying the decision to move. Action comes with risk. Action exposes you. Action forces you to find out if you actually have what it takes. So instead of acting, you sit in the in between. Not where you were…but not where you want to be either. And over time, that hesitation starts to feel like failure. But it’s not failure, friends. It's avoidance dressed up as patience. So let me ask you: Where in your life are you hesitating instead of acting? Comment ONE thing you’ve been putting off, and why. Be honest. This is where it starts. ⚡

So very true my consistency was off for a little while with all the travel I had done at the beginning of the year. It took a while to get back on track, but finally getting to our annual conference gave me the gas in the tank that I needed!
You Don’t Rise — You Fall to Your Systems
James Clear said it best: “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” And this is where a lot people get exposed. Your intentions might be strong…but your systems are what actually run your life. You may intend to wake up earlier. You may intend to get healthier. You may intend to be more disciplined, focused, patient, or consistent. But if your environment, routine, habits, and standards don’t support that version of you…you will just keep falling back into the same patterns. Not because you don’t care. Not at all because you’re incapable, because you are beyond capable. But because the system around you is built for the old version of you. Your results are not just a reflection of what you want. They are a reflection of what you repeatedly allow, repeat, ignore, and reinforce. So today, don’t just look at the habit. Look at the system behind it. ⚡️ What system in your life is currently broken? Identify ONE system you need to fix. Drop it below. Then ask yourself: “What would this look like if it was built to support the person I’m becoming?”

Getting back to my 30-minute daily walking routine. By incorporating that consistent habit a while ago, I’ve always felt incredible. There’s nothing quite like getting out in nature. It would be beneficial to feel strong and confident about getting back tobeing consistent with this simple habit.
