The Importance Of Follow Ups!
Half the trick to acquiring listings online is literally just following up on leads consistently. Running a 'winning' ad is great, but if you do not have a sick follow up process, bye bye listings. Harry

@Jp P yes. Conversion with those leads is very low. Best approach if you are going that route is automation. Most RE CRms have automated systems to send the leads relevant properties as well a series of emails and texts. Then you follow up with whoever raises their hand.

@Jp P I have not yet, but seems like a different approach. more similar to direct mail. whoever contacts you will be a very very good lead. you should close most of them With FB and Google leads, it is more like finding a needle in the haystack. You will close 1 out of 50 to 100. So you need to follow up with 100 people to find out that good lead. Might as well cold call, save the money But if you have people calling you from a YT ad, that is the person looking for an agent, who is clearly already interested in you The only issue, would be cost, but the convenience and implementation is totally different
