The skill that will matter most in the next few years is not writing prompts. It is designing the whole system around the model. And there is finally a certification that measures exactly that. My LLC already started the path to certify as Claude Certified Architect, and while studying I realized something. This is not learned well alone.Agent architecture is retrieval, reasoning, tools, guardrails, memory, and observability working together. It is a lot of moving parts, and you only understand most of them once someone challenges your design and shows you where it breaks. So here is a simple proposal. Let us build a study group for the certification. People who are actually building, who share what works and what does not, and who pressure test each other's designs before sitting the exam. No gurus. No filler theory. Real practice and real cases each of us is living at work. Studying alone gets you to pass. Studying together gets you to build better. If you are preparing for this certification, or thinking about it, tell me in the comments what you are building today and which part of agent architecture is hardest for you. I will use that to shape the group and we organize from there

Managed Agents won't kill your automation stack — they'll just become layer 6
Anthropic just dropped managed agents and routines. Everyone's asking "does this replace n8n?" Short answer: no. Here's why. Routines are time-based only. No webhooks. No event triggers. Research preview. The Register called them "mildly clever cron jobs." Managed agents? Powerful — but single-task. No multi-tenant awareness. No version tracking across clients. No rollback. So what actually happens in a real agency stack: → n8n for event-driven workflows → Claude routines for scheduled reasoning → Make for the stuff already wired up → Custom scripts for edge cases → GHL sub-accounts held together with prayer → Now managed agents on top of all of it 6 dashboards. Zero shared view of what's actually running. Every new tool solves one problem and adds another integration to maintain. The issue was never which tool — it's that nobody's tracking what's running across all of them. DM me if you're hitting the scaling wall — I'll help you map the fix.

Sharp framing. The 6-dashboards problem is real, but I’d argue the dashboard count is a symptom, not the disease. Real disease: nobody who PAYS for the system has a single answer to “what is this AI doing for me right now?” The agency owner sees 6 dashboards. The end client sees a Stripe charge of $297 and a vague hope. The gap between those two views is where 80% of AI agency churn happens, not at the integration layer. The agencies that scale past 30 clients aren’t the ones with the cleanest stack. They’re the ones who built ONE customer-facing artifact (weekly summary, monthly outcome report, real-time SLA dashboard the client logs into) that translates the 6-dashboard mess into a single number the buyer cares about. Tools will keep multiplying. The competitive moat shifts from “who has the cleanest stack” to “who can hide the stack from the buyer entirely.”
