Overall maximization: strength, mobility, hypertrophy, explosiveness, endurance!

@Omar Negron word that's the plan; if I had passive income I'd make my health my job I feel like I need the most help with explosiveness & mobility since my joint complications interfere with the former. How would I balance them out? My plan is to generally use slow reps when training any of the above categories, for mobility's sake. And only use explosiveness reps for 2 weeks at a time while I concentrate on strength, hypertrophy, and endurance for 2 weeks at a time each for an 8 week meso-cycle.
Aniflex, baby!
Hey y'all, I go by Rob! I'm a cosplayer who wants to push his limits and avoid re-injuring myself. Happy to be here, and I look forward to our journey together!

@Eddy Soto I did a rewatch 4ish yrs ago dubbed but subbed would be a good run too. Def deserves a reboot honoring the original.
Check In (10/30)
Yo y'all, hows everyone's training been lately? I know for me, I'm dealing with Jetlag so my workouts are sporadic 🤣

Taking some deload time to carb up since having pushed myself to 30ish sets per muscle group over the last few weeks. I remember reading that fasting can help reset jetlag if done correctly. Have you considered looking into it?
Muscle Breakdown & Repair
Hey y'all, regarding this post from @lostbookofherbalremedies that was shared on the @Aniflex App IG, I wanted to ask: Doesn't muscle start to breakdown after 1 or 2 weeks of disuse? To that affect, I know some exercise regimens, particularly strength training ones, are optimized with greater rest periods between heavy days since it takes a long time for the CNS to recover. So my question is, how is it that muscle repair indeed takes 6 to 8 weeks but also starts to breakdown within 2? And to add to that: how can CNS recovery with extended rest periods compensate for any loss of muscle? My premise or my point may be incorrect here so feel free to address any aspect of my reasoning.

@Omar Negron super insightful bro, thank you! This is super helpful as I've taken thr week off from doing a bunch of iso-dropsets and felt metabolically fatigued. Great to know my bounce back will be even quicker once I return. 💪🏼
