Lately I have been enjoying the evening sun light to start my wind down for the night. What are a few ways people out there are slowing down at the end of the day?

New tool for my ECR
Greetings all! I have added a morning “grounding” session to my morning ECR routine. It has really helped me to lift the brain fog and add clarity to my mornings. What is grounding you ask? Simple. Go outside and stand on Mother’s Day Earth with bare feet for 15 minutes or more to reset and reconnect our energy. Bonus points if able to face the sunrise while trying this! Give it a shot and let me know your experience with this tool!
