So grateful for this community, and really excited to sit with some of you in January. My wife (Katie) and I have been on our own journeys working with plant medicines and this will be our first time sitting in ceremony together which makes it feel extra special ✌️

Hi Hunter, just wanted to say that it was nice seeing you in the call the other day. My wife and I are also going to La Cura together. I look forward to getting to know you and hearing about your journey.

What has been the greatest lesson, insight, or challenge you've faced during your psychedelic integration journey?

I’ll let you know in a couple of weeks 🤣 Edit: here you go Donnie 😉 Greatest challenge after having been on the initial journey I think is now figuring out what changes I actually want to integrate into my life for good and sticking to them. I already know that I will quit all nicotine which is something that I have struggled with my entire life. Changing my diet and eating healthier everyday. I can see that showing up for myself and giving myself grace daily is going to be a requirement that will be challenging.
Tony Moss
I just watched the Tony Moss interview and got me thinking of how lucky I am to have found my way to this community. Tony is such a smart and insightful person and Shannon led the interview wonderfully…and the red glasses are 🔥!! I never realized what integration was and how involved it is in this whole journey until the last week or so as I’ve really started delving into the videos and information on skool. Tony talks a lot about integrating in the video and how it wasn’t even a thing when he first started his journey. He goes on to talk about how important it is and that it’s different for everyone. I have recently realized that I am actually CONSCIOUSLY starting and choosing to become a better Man, Father, Husband and Son by actually working on my spiritual growth and understanding that the ceremony is just a part of this amazing journey.
Hey Everyone
Hello, I’m Sean and I live in Wyoming. Lately it is Windy Wyoming. This wind literally blew a train over an hour south of where I live in Douglas this morning. Seriously a whole train. I am married to most amazing woman (Shea)and will be celebrating together our 20th wedding anniversary at la Cura! I have never been to a guided ceremony before and am very excited with some nervousness looming. I’ve had some great journeys on Psychedelics and some scary ones too. I now know “set and setting” are huge and what you are absorbing prior to medicine is also a huge factor of getting value out of your experience. I’m so excited to have an experience with so many like minded individuals in their journey.

Haaaaaay!
Hi! I’m Shea. Wife, mom, yogini, medicinal chef, hiker and lover of all people and places! I’m from Wyoming where I live with my powerhouse husband and two sons. I’ve been on a healing journey for quite some time through deep yogic and Ayurvedic studies. I’m ready for the next experience! Sean (the powerhouse) and I are celebrating 20 years married on NYE and headed to hike Zion then hang with all of you. I am so excited to meet you, to squeeze you and to grow, learn, heal and laugh!!! 😍
