Akerfalk Second Season
I had been wanting a watch with a 24-hour dial for a long time. I had considered some vintage Orient Jupiters with quartz movements or vintage Soviet designs like Raketa that are automatics but was concerned about longevity and parts for both. Then I happened upon a Swedish watch maker named Akerfalk. I like the watch a lot, because of the thickness, which doesn’t bunch up my dress shirt sleeve and because it has a pretty minimalist design. Just an hour hand and a minute hand. Pictured is the Akerfalk Second Season with the following stats - Case size: 36mm - Thickness: 9.8mm - Glass: K1 mineral - Movement: Ronda 515.24 Quartz Movement - Lug size: 18mm

@DeJuan McGuire I bought both the First Season and the Second Season. The key difference being case size with the First Season having an 40mm case and the Second Season having a 36mm case. I will post pictures tonight so you see the size differences. I was originally going to wait a while as they are designing their own in-house mechanical movement, which I prefer, but after I wrote them and they didn’t project completing it in the next couple of years I decided to get the quartz movements for the interim.
White Dial Wednesday - Orient FN02005W
I really enjoy this watch. Its sharp clean lines are simple and elegant and the unusual Day-AM/PM complication sets it apart.

@Daniel Vellone interesting fact, Seiko, Grand Seiko, Credor and Orient are owned by the same parent company, though they operate independently.

Orient EM-58 Automatic Day Date Titanium Slide Rule Watch. I love this thing. Dial is 44mm, lug to lug is 49mm so it is a little large. I don’t think I can comfortably go any larger.

Ganance-Make any watch a smart watch
I just stumbled across the Ganance Heir, which attaches to the back of your non-smart watch, so you can have smart watch features via an application on your phone. Is there a member of Watch Lover using this? Any informed opinions about it?
