Have been doing Phase 1 for a few weeks... TVA activation is hardest to control / most disconnected. No parts doing too much work, and mostly smooth, and by exercise: -Band Breath with ribs moving sideways, and 3 point foot drill feel okay. -TVA Activation trickier but when I exhale it seems to help connect to the TVA. -Segmental Shoulder Bridge some areas of stiffness, and same for Thread the Needle, but some improvements too. -Dead Bug Leg Tap okay. Will continue to work to reduce stiffness and improve smoothness in segmental bridge and thread the needle. I don't recall stacked / unstacked.
