Being a coxswain means making hard calls while the rowers push. How do you act as the coxswain—steering the direction, calling the rhythm—when all you want to do is row?
I love being the coxswain, life is too short to get lost alone in the dark. To me has nothing to do with strength. It’s about truly seeing the people around you—and encouraging them to find their way. The most precious moments in my life is has been called to walk with others as they find their way. Maybe for the week, and it been with others for years. Moments in times and journey of a lifetime.
