2nd Location for Google Business Profile
What is the proper process for opening a 2nd location, do we need a new email for the new shop?

@Brandon Olson will our package work with new clients with no reviews and a very recent opening date, not getting much biz. Would definitely help the 2nd location if we can rank newly created GBP, thanks

@Brandon Olson thanks calling him today, good news
Interesting results with my first client.
I have a client ranking #1 on ChatGPT for auto A/c repair but they are not gettng the love on Google. Thought I would post now before bed to see if anyone else has experibced better results on AI playforms than Google. Also, AI embellishes on the content their site has. We have about 50 pages of content and it seens AI is eating that up. I will review our A/C content on Maps tomorrow, thanks, Robert

So is it now a process of including the GBP as part of my packages, so a $2000/mo account and 20 kw's would be $2,500. Does what we do with the Agnzy.store products naturally prop up GBP and AI? I noticed my 1st customer is dominating AI for primary keywords. He says he is not getting calls, this is a concern. He must have a call answering problem because he is top 3 in GBP for Primary Keywords and the top recommended shop with extra detail from ChatGPT, so he should be getting more business. His business manager said they are only doing 2 - 3 jobs a day and should be at 10 - 15 this time of year. That tracks with my other customers that are doing 20+ a day sometimes. Any tips on what to look at in his business would be appreciated. Thanks Brando

I will definitely do that, thanks for the tips on that, I am waiting for his PBN info where to get the article, once I get that information I can update the article as you trained us to do. I will be meeting him on Friday and would love to have him ranking even better in GBP. Forgot to tell you he is raning #1 organically for most all Primary Keywords, so we're lookng good, I will see what I can do to help him figure out the issue. Thanks for the road map in GBP. Thanks for the support, can't imagine it's easy keeping up as busy as you must be.
Google Business Profile package
Will this work for a new location of an established business? Things are slow at the new shop and I am looking for options. I understand my understanding is when you are ranking the inside pages (The new location is one of the pages on the Established Company's Website) it is best to rank the Home Page (Established Company) and move from there to the other pages. The new shop is looking for customers asap, lol. Right? Of course, so I thought since the new location has it's own Google Business Profile it would be a better option for being seen online and give the people searching a chance to call. The new location is so new they don't yet have Reviews. Let me know what you think the best way to go is. 1) Local SEO or 2) Google Business Profile or 3) ?

Quick Question
Quick Question, I got my first client and need to start buying my services, he is only at $1000/mo since he has a community of less than 100,000 people. Is the website on page checked at this level or is it something I pay extra for. Also, I think I have a $2000 client starting soon but need to see if I can get him approved for HSA direct funding via HSA Credit Cards. Thanks Brandon, more to come

Thanks Brandon, I still am working on the website for a client I had thought I would have started last week, I had some technical seo issues so I am at the end of correcting all those, 40(ish) page site. I appreciate what you have here. Tell us more about the GBP offering on a post here in SKOOL, that would be Dope.
Loom video's for LSA's
I am working on my Loom Video Sequence and noticed a competitor to the person I am making the video for running paid ads in his small(ish) town. If I create a local service page for cities surrounding his actual location, think metro areas have a ton of small towns. Would that page I create and rank for be able to compete with a Google ad? Say Chicago is the main service are but Oak Park is where my clients company is located. 2 questions now: 1) as a ranking and on page SEO do I rank him for Chicago? If I create city pages for other cities like Evanston and Naperville but don't run a campaign for them but do killer on page, and technical seo will those pages rank when keywords for A/C Maintenance Naperville are searched for once I have a page for Naperville? That is my intent but pretty new so I don't have the experience yet of that happening, Thanks,Robert

@John R Thanks John, here is a crazy story I’ll share here. Yesterday, my only client so far called and asked when he needed to make his payment. Apparently he wasn't going by my updates but he tracks his online presence on his own and said he had a lot more online activity and he is getting more customers in the door. He wanted to be sure I will keep up the good work because it’s working. I have never had a customer call me and ask to be bilked for next month, have you. I billed him yesterday, he paid the same day.
