Couples, what are some good Post-kids to bed, dishes done, laundry put away, house decluttered, and doors locked rhythms y'all have? My wife and I find ourselves gas'd after a full day and do our tv shows together to wind down. We definitely want to establish some better rhythms. I've heard of reading next to each other then discussing what we read is a good start... Community, what are some healthy rhythms yall have established in your households in that window of time from kids/chores done to bedtime? Thank you!
