I've been a little quiet lately, but for good reason. Over the past few weeks I've been making a major career transition, and I'm excited to finally share it with everyone. i'm officially moving into the independent Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance world, focusing on auto, home, renters, umbrella, and commercial insurance while continuing to keep life insurance as a cross-sell when it truly makes sense. This wasn't a decision I made overnight. I spent a lot of time researching different sales models, talking with experienced agents, and figuring out where I believe I can build the strongest long-term business. Here's what's coming to this community: ✅ My experience getting licensed in P&C ✅ Behind-the-scenes training at an independent agency ✅ How referral partnerships actually work ✅ Building a renewal-based book of business ✅ The differences between life insurance, health insurance, and P&C ✅ Marketing strategies that don't rely on buying expensive leads ✅ The wins, mistakes, and lessons I learn along the way I want this community to become a place where people can see what it's really like to build an insurance business from the ground up, without all the fluff. I'm excited for this next chapter, and I think the content is about to get a whole lot better. Thanks to everyone who's stuck around. Let's build something awesome. 💪
