So I chose the red Hematoid quartz, because the hematite in it is very grounding and helps to ground your intentions and the quartz helps to amplify the intentions. The black onyx is very protective and helps to transmute the negativity. And the cinnamon sticks help to accelerate the process. So how this placement works is having the red Hematoid quartz as your center stone is having a strong grounding effect as your center and the onyx at your four corners, the onyx helps to draw in any negativity from your environment, and sends it to your center center stone to transmute and ground out that energy. While having the cinnamon on the outer edges helps to accelerate this process.
