Struggling with inconsistent income while building your business?
One thing I don’t see talked about enough in this space is the pressure that comes from not having consistent income while trying to grow. I’ve been there. When I first started, funding was honestly one of my biggest challenges. Deals take time, things don’t always go as planned, and relying on unpredictable income made it stressful to stay consistent and focused. What really helped me wasn’t some big breakthrough deal…It was finding a way to bring in consistent income on the side while I was building. That stability changed everything for me: - Less pressure to rush deals - More confidence in decision making - Ability to reinvest back into my business I’m not sharing this to pitch anything, just to give perspective for anyone who might be feeling stuck or overwhelmed right now. Curious to hear from you guys: What’s been your biggest challenge when it comes to funding or staying consistent?

That's a tough one. I had some funds saved which helps. My wife drives a school bus a couple of hrs in the morning and afternoon which leaves a lot of time to do this. I'm thinking of driving one as well.

Oh, I get it, and I agree, but we all have to start somewhere. What did you do before you had multiple streams of income? I think having multiple streams is a great idea. As a matter of fact, I'm attempting to do just that. It's the time constraints that hold a lot of people back. I'm teaching myself how to use this computer. The last time I spent this much time in front of a screen and keyboard was on an Apple II in the early 80's, when FORTRAN was the go-to programming language. Which is taking more time than I have, it seems. So, between that and learning CRE, which is also new to me, there isn't much time left to learn a second or third stream. After I get comfortable with the computer or my investing, I will definitely be looking at other streams. Unless by some miracle an opportunity falls into my lap.

I might be doing it wrong but the figures are not coming out right. Like for example I have a property for 3.3M 30% down financing 2.31M @6.5% 25yr amortization and my monthly P&I payment is $125250 is anyone else dealing with this?
Help!!!!
I need your help testing a thing. YouTube's introduced a new hype button. My marketing team has no idea how much it actually helps launch a video. If you can donate three seconds to me, click the video select the option to hype the video. I have a few days of tracking of the video without hype. We're going to see if it actually makes any difference with the YouTube algorithm whatsoever. I can only run this test if I have your participation, though. If I have given you enough value in multifamily strategy to merit three seconds of work, this is a project I can't do without your help. Thank you so much - Christian

MFS Fitness Side Quest
So I am in seven or eight different group chat chats with members of this community at almost every single one of them people have brought up the need to get into shape. Which has inspired me to get into shape. Since I already know, this is a goal for a ton of you. I'm going to hold myself accountable on this thread. You are more than welcome to join me. My workout plan is to lift weight six days a week and get 10,000 steps every day. I am starting at this post on day 3.

I've started walking on a treadmill while going through mentorship and doing deals. No goals set as of now, but it helps my ADHD.
