Started Boxing!
Hey guys. I just started boxing at No excuses boxing in Burlington. It’s an awesome spot, they have classes and 1 on 1 training as well. There’s also a gym l, sauna and cold plunge. I highly recommend. Go check it out!

Easy meal prep
The #1 reason busy dads eat like garbage? They wait until they're starving to think about food. Here's my 3-minute Sunday rule that fixes this for good: Pick ONE protein source and batch cook it. That's literally it. Ground beef? Brown 2 lbs. Chicken thighs? Into the oven. Hard-boiled eggs? Done in 12 minutes. For the rest of the week, the hardest part is already handled. Protein + whatever's in the fridge = a meal that actually moves you forward. What protein are you batch cooking this Sunday? Drop it below.
