FRACTAL THOUGHTS
FRACTAL THOUGHTS The thoughts in my mind are like people in society. They each have their own personality and their own different genetic make up. Some are light and some are dark. Some are good, some are bad, and some are ugly. Can I see the good in all my thoughts, the same way I practice to see the good in all people I see in society? Like a microcosm in the macrocosm. I am the attention that sees all my thoughts, just as I am the attention that sees all the people witnessing their own journey with their attention. And, everyones attention never changes, just as mine never changes. Therefore, the One thing we all are is attention itself. Awareness itself, witnessing life in all the ways life unfolds for us, whether in society or in our thoughts. I am not my thoughts. I Am that attention that witnesses those thoughts. All of them. I Am that awareness. I Am that life that unfolds and I Am One with it all! For I Am you and you are me in this fractal micro- macrocosm we witness as life. I Am the Eternal Christ that is my attention, just as you are the Eternal Christ that is your attention, and our attention is the Gift we all give the world.

@Monica D Thank you
I EXIST
Todays lesson prompted me to write a poem. It happened either last year or my first year in LTC, I don't remember. But it's called, I EXIST... The sun exists, and without it, I would not. The earth exists, and without it, I would not. The plants exist, and without them, I would not. Water exists, and without it, I would not. I exist, because I am living (and come from) all that exists. Therefore, I am one with all that exists. So, in truth, life IS all that exists... The rest is an illusion made up in our minds. I invite you to copy this and keep it in your phone as a mantra (as I do), and repeat it to anyone that suits you to share. I find it a reminder, and proof, that we are one. Love and Light

The Minds Purpose...
Donโ€™t confuse the Mind to be your guidance systemโ€ฆ For it will lead you astray. Its only purpose is to navigate. Thatโ€™s all! True guidance comes from your Loving Heart. In your Loving Heart, all your answers awaitโ€ฆ Quiet the mind, Open the Heart. Listen quietly to what your heart will sayโ€ฆ And you will hear it ever so gentlyโ€ฆ Love and Forgive every living thingโ€ฆ Even your mind Be Kind to your Mindโ€ฆ Love it with your Heart

Forgiveness
FORGIVENESS Last Fridays Q&A (12-1-23) we discussed what the definition was for forgiveness. Afterwards, I decided to do a little research and look up the definition to the word and here is what I foundโ€ฆ Forgive- let go of resentment and anger; pardoning an offender; stop blaming; not punish. Biblical meaning of forgiveness- to let go What is the meaning of โ€œI forgiveโ€? To stop blaming or being angry with someone for something that person has done, or not punish them for something. What does God say about forgive? Ephesians 4:31-32 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, with all malice, and be kind to one another. Why does God say forgive? Forgiving others allows us to overcome feelings of anger, bitterness, or revenge. Forgiveness can heal spiritual wounds and bring the peace and love that only God can give. What is the best definition of forgiveness? Forgiveness involves willfully putting aside feelings of resentment towards someone who has committed a wrong, been unfair or hurtful, or otherwise harmed you in some way. Forgiveness is not merely accepting what happened or ceasing to be angry. Spiritual meaning of forgiveness- The Bible teaches that โ€œunselfish loveโ€ is the basis for true forgiveness, since โ€œit keeps no record of wrongsโ€ (1 Corinthians 13:5). Forgiving others means letting go of resentment and giving up any claims to be compensated for the hurt or loss we have suffered. Forgiveness definition for kids- Forgiveness is a choice to let go of anger towards someone who hurt you and to think, feel or act with kindness toward that person. They clarify that forgiveness is not being weak- it takes strength and courage to forgive. Forgiveness in simple words- An intentional decision to let go of resentment and anger. The act that someone hurt or offended you might always be with you. But working on forgiveness can lessen that actโ€™s grip on you What are the 4 Rโ€™s of forgiveness? Responsibility- Accept what has happened and show yourself compassion.

Heart versus Mind moments
Hi, Divine Family. Iโ€™m curious about your ebbs and flows with heart versus mind reactions to ACIM. Two days ago, I was weeping from the Love I felt, reading lesson 233. It spoke to a challenging situation Iโ€™d had the night before, and how Iโ€™ve learned to turn it over to God. The wisdom and the synchronicity just overwhelmed me with feelings of being protected, guided and cared for. Up bubbled some wistfulness too, for the many decades when I was a prodigal daughter, turning away from God and, at times, even being atheist. Then, the next day (yesterday), my mind was in charge, analyzing the text, taking it in logically, no emotional response at all. Iโ€™m not judging the ebb and flow, Iโ€™m just curious about your own experience with the heart/mind mix when focusing on ACIM. Thanks for your thoughts! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธ๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ

For me, it is a dance with the ego, a back and forth. The ego will always be there but my heart is now in the drivers seat and the ego in the passenger seat. Although, now I am grateful for my ego because it shows me that there is something for me to work on within. If I get triggered, which is the ego, I now see it as there is something for me to learn about myself; What is it? Without reacting in a negative manner. I now see my triggers as a gift from the ego so it is a learning cycle to help me grow spiritually deeper into my heart.
