Finmfal new Flaatphut books
Well, I've got the final new Inspector Flaatphut covers installed and uploaded, so Amazon should be updating over the next 48 hours. Project Looking Glass is just a short story but the first one that begat the series, while The U.M.I. Corp Connection is a novella second in the series (I've written a total of 7 Inspector Flaatphut stories, longest being 110,000 words). As such I've also updated my little add banner I came up with a few odd years ago. Currently I'm working on a book trailer for these guys, to go with the Maldene trailer and the nearly complete Cyberdawn: Beginnings trailer. Anyway, if anyone wants some Flaatphut goodness, then just go to http://www.maldene.com/inspector-flaatphut

Happy Mother's Day! Share your favourite story of your mum or the funniest present you have received.
We're waking up to Mother's Day here in Australia - Wishing you all a very Happy Mother's Day. 🌼 I hope the kids behave, 🤪 and the partners give you the day off to enjoy and celebrate all you do for your family. 💕 Special thoughts and love to you if you have lost your dear mum - may the memories you hold close warm your heart and bring many smiles today. 💛 I have way too many favourite stories of my mum, and way too many hilarious gifts the boys have brought me over the years. My favourite, though, was a simple flower out of the garden. Sometimes the simple things are the best. I hope you enjoy your day. 🩷

Happy Mother's Day to all! My mum used to work for Sharp Electronics in New Jersey in the 1980s. Someone called up from England, saying they bought a camcorder in New York, took a bunch of videos of their holiday, and were unable to view the tapes through their VCR in England. Mum and I were scheduled to go to England that summer, so we met up with the customer to buy the camcorder from him. The two of us worked together to buy the $1200 camcorder from him for only $300. For the coach ride back to London, we were very proud of ourselves for working as a team to get such a deal. The customer was extremely wealthy, so he didn't get too hurt in the deal.

Great! I'm looking forward to perusing the shelves.
📚✨ If I wrote a book tomorrow… which one would you read first?
1️⃣ A Soft Reset Guide For women tired of fixing themselves and ready for gentler ways to feel good. (Doable 10min self care) 2️⃣ Midlife Stories from the Lounge Chair Real-life tales, laughter, wisdom, and the occasional emotional plot twist. (Funny humorous shorts from my midlife Chronicles' blogs) 3️⃣ Bringing Back Connection How to feel less alone in a distracted, always-on world. (Aka pen paling and letter writing) Honestly asking because sometimes the next chapter starts as a tiny poll on the internet. 👀 Vote below ⬇️📚

I was deciding between 1 and 2 and settled on 1, understanding that your intended audience is women. I think preaching self-acceptance is so important to women. Too much media and sales campaigns are predicated on making the potential customer feel worthless so they can be saved by [x] product. I like your angle of addressing people who are tired of fixing themselves. This is the audience most needing the message of self-acceptance.
