Hola Movers! 👋 I hope you're having a great weekend. Another week is behind us, and another opportunity is here to keep building momentum. Remember, this isn't about being perfect. It's about continuing to show up and stacking small wins over time. A few quality sessions each week can make a huge difference when done consistently. 🔥 Plan Your Week Take a minute today to look at your calendar and decide when your sessions will happen this week. Aim for three sessions if possible, and if life gets busy, a few Barefoot Breaks are always better than doing nothing at all. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge If you haven't updated your June Sessions Challenge recently, take a moment to do that this week. Every session counts, and it's been great seeing the consistency many of you are building. 🌱 New Members (But everybody welcome to go through it) If you joined recently, I'd encourage you to start with The Comeback Kickstart this week. It's a free 5-day mini course designed to help you get moving, build momentum, and start restoring some of the movement foundations your body depends on — all in less than 10 minutes a day. It's the perfect place to begin. 🎥 Live Classes Our live classes are back on the regular schedule this week. Hello. I continue on following the the Comeback #2 Integration session. This will be the fourth week straight week at the level. My commitment is every weekday this week which is working for me. I might be ready to move to the next level (Comeback #3) the following next week. But not sure. Have a great week.

Congratulations on completing The Comeback Kickstart! Over the last 5 days, you've explored some of the movement foundations that support how your body feels and moves every day. Today we brought everything back to standing by working on active posture, breathing, and the hip hinge—important skills that help us move more efficiently in everyday life. As you practiced, what did you notice? • Did standing alignment feel different than when you started? • Were you able to connect your breathing to your posture? • Did the hip hinge feel natural or challenging? • What was your biggest takeaway from the Kickstart? More importantly, I hope these last 5 days helped you better understand your body's current situation and showed you that improving the way you feel and move doesn't have to begin with intense workouts. Often, it starts by restoring the foundations. Thank you for taking the time to invest in yourself and complete this experience. Most adults are surprised by how much they learn from just a few minutes of focused practice each day. The goal was never to fix everything in 5 days, but to help you build momentum, increase awareness, and begin experiencing a different approach to training—one that helps restore your natural capacity to feel good, move well, and stay active for the long term. Great tips for the training on Reset Level #2 which I currently on. Glad you told me to stay on this level because so many cues to pay attention to and insure that I am incoroporating the alignment. I continue everyday to through the intergration.

Hope your vacation is going well. Looks great. This last week I did Comeback Level #2. I did not do the Barefoot #1 or #2 in this section. Should I advance this week to Comeback Level #3?

@Rodrigo Gallego . Went pretty well. I am going to stay here at Level #2 this week and go through the first 3 sessions again. Then try the barefoot sessions. I am committing to 4X this week (which includes next Sat/Sun). Thank you for your support.

Hola Movers — hope you’re having a great weekend. Before anything else, I wanted to let you know that there will be no live sessions this week. My family and I are taking a vacation to celebrate my daughter's graduation, and I'm doing my best to be fully present and take as much time away from work as possible. If you know me, you know that’s not always easy 😅 I will still be checking in, reading your posts, and answering questions throughout the week — just with a little more delay than usual. 🔥 Keep the Momentum Going One thing I’ve learned over the years is that consistency matters more than perfection. Even when life gets busy, a few sessions can make a huge difference. 👉 Take a minute today and decide when your 3 sessions will happen this week.
